Palestinian construction workers leaving their work site in the West Bank Jewish settlement of Beit Arye on 02 December 2009 after Israeli inspectors visited the settlement and imposed the 10-month building freeze ordered by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Inspectors accompanied by Israeli Border Police arrived fanned out across much of the West Bank handing out orders to stop work and confiscating equipment.
