Young Jewish settlers in the Jewish settlement of Kaernei Shomron in the West Bank, are blocking Civil Administration inspectors entrance to the sttlement. Civil Administration inspectors handed out a warrants in construction sites in the West Bank, following Israeli government decision to freeze construction in West Bank settlements for 10 months.
