Heavy construction machines are parked in a large construction site in Beit Arye, where a new neighborhood was planned to be build. Civil Administration inspectors handed out a warrant to the site manger to stop construction in the site, following Israeli government decision to freeze construction in West Bank settlements for 10 months.
